The Fresher’s Party for the newly admitted students of Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology was organized with great enthusiasm on 27th October 2025. The event aimed to welcome the first-year students, help them interact with their seniors, and make them feel comfortable in their new academic environment.
The program was organized by the faculty coordinator Harshada Patil, Senior students along with the support of faculty members. The venue was beautifully decorated with lights and themed décor, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The event began with a formal welcome speech by the organizers, followed by an introduction session where freshers briefly introduced themselves.
A variety of cultural performances added energy to the event, including dance performances, singing. Interactive games and ice-breaking activities were conducted to encourage participation and build connections among students.
One of the highlights of the event was the “Mr. and Ms. Fresher” competition, where participants showcased their talent, confidence, and personality. The winners were selected based on their performance, creativity, and stage presence.
