RAGGING in Pillai HOC Polytechnic is totally banned and strictly prohibited as per the Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999 and All India Council of Technical Education (Prevention and Prohibition of Ragging in Technical Institution). Anti-Ragging Mechanism:

  • Institute has constituted Anti-Ragging Committee.
  • CCTV cameras are installed at vital points.
  • We provide regular interaction and counselling sessions to the students.
  • We have mentioned Anti-Ragging Warnings in the Institution’s prospectus and information Booklets / Brochures and on the notice boards.
  • All the students and their parents are required to submit an affidavit separately to the institution regarding non indulgence in ragging in any form.
  • The students seeking admission to the Hostel are also required to submit another affidavit for the same to the institution / Hostel authorities.
  • If any student is found guilty and involved in, or abetting the ragging, strict disciplinary action shall be initiated against the candidate as per the acts and regulations.
