DAY 1
Session 1The first technical session was delivered by Dr. Karthik Nagarajan, Associate Professor,
who presented an insightful lecture on "Principles and Fundamentals of GIS and Remote Sensing."

Session 2The afternoon session was conducted by Mr. Prathamesh Prabhakar Gawade, Assistant Professor, on
"Application of GIS in Construction Planning and Scheduling of Pavements."

DAY 2
Session 1The morning session was delivered by Dr. Prabha Joshi, who spoke on "Application of GIS in Engineering
Geology for Civil Infrastructure Planning and Disaster Risk Management."

Session 2The afternoon session featured Dr. Atish Nemgonda Patil, who conducted an informative session and hands on
training on "Google Earth Engine: A Cloud-Based Platform for Spatial Data Analysis."

Development Authority (MMRDA), on Advanced Technology in Metro Construction.

"Use of GIS and Remote Sensing in Climate Studies."

VALEDICTORY FUNCTIONThe FDP concluded with a valedictory ceremony celebrating the successful completion of the three-day programme.
